The basics

By using this site or placing an order with Spearfishing Thailand, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English, read them.

Who can buy

Customers must be 18 or older. Spearguns may be regulated in your destination country. You are responsible for checking local law before ordering.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include Thai import duty and VAT we have already paid on landing.
• Prices may change at any time, but your order is confirmed at the price shown when you checked out.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe is fraudulent or mispriced.

Shipping

3 business days nationwide within Thailand, via Thailand Post. International shipping by agreement. See the Shipping page.

Returns

7 days from delivery on unused equipment in original packaging. See the Refund policy.

Warranty

Rob Allen spearguns carry a lifetime warranty on pressurised components. Consumables (rubbers, wishbones) are not covered. Warranty claims route through us to Rob Allen HQ.

Your responsibility in the water

Spearfishing carries real physical risk. You assume full responsibility for your safety, your buddies' safety, your compliance with Thai law, and the legality of spearfishing at your dive location. We are a gear supplier, not your dive instructor.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for consequential losses, personal injury, or incident costs related to use of equipment purchased from us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version at the time of your purchase applies.
