Warranty
Warranty
- Rob Allen spearguns carry a lifetime warranty on pressurised components and structural parts. Latex rubbers and consumables are excluded. I handle warranty claims in-country through my direct line to Rob Allen HQ.
- Only if that seller was an authorised Rob Allen distributor. In Thailand that is us. Grey-market spearguns purchased through unofficial channels do not carry the same serial-registered warranty path.
- Email a photo of the issue, the serial number, and your order reference. If it is covered I arrange pickup, inspection, and replacement or repair through the factory.

Gear and sizing
Gear and sizing
- For Thai reefs, an 80 to 100cm Snapper or Scorpia is the right starting point. For bluewater go 110 to 130cm Tuna rail or a carbon roller. Run the speargun size selector for a tailored recommendation.
- Stock Rob Allen guns ship with 14mm rubbers (Snapper) or 16mm (Tuna rail). Power-users stack or upsize for deeper water and larger fish.
- Yes within the same diameter. 7mm spears fit the Snapper range, 7.5mm fit the Tuna rail and heavier setups. Length should match your gun length plus about 40cm.

About the shop
About the shop
- Yes. Rob Allen operates on single-distributor-per-country exclusivity. Verify on the Rob Allen dealer locator or ask me for a copy of the dealer confirmation email.
- Those platforms routinely suspend spearfishing listings. We maintain supplementary listings there for discovery, but the canonical source of truth is always this site.
