Orders and delivery

Orders and delivery

How fast do you ship in Thailand? +
3 business days nationwide. I hand-pack every order and dispatch from Thailand Post in Lamai, Koh Samui. Most orders leave the same or next working day.
Do you ship outside Thailand? +
On request. I can arrange shipping to Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Message on WhatsApp with your country and SKU for a quote.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Every parcel gets a Thailand Post tracking number sent by email once shipped.
Do you offer returns? +
7-day no-questions-asked returns on unused gear in original packaging. Full refund, shipped back on us within Thailand. Items that have been in the water, rubbers that have been fitted, and custom setups are non-returnable once used.

Warranty

Warranty

What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover? +
Rob Allen spearguns carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the gun body (barrel, handle, trigger mechanism, muzzle), conditional on registering the gun within 30 days of purchase — the barrel, handle, trigger mechanism, and muzzle. Consumables wear with use and sit outside warranty: rubbers, shooting line, and shafts. That scope is standard across the speargun industry. Other product categories (reels, fins, masks, wetsuits) carry shorter warranties that vary by item — ask on the PDP or WhatsApp.
Does the warranty work if I bought from another seller? +
Only if that seller was an authorised Rob Allen distributor. In Thailand that’s us. Grey-market spearguns purchased through unofficial channels have no invoice on file with the factory and no real warranty path if they fail.
How do I claim warranty? +
Email a photo of the issue and your order reference. If it is covered I arrange pickup, inspection, and replacement or repair through the factory. Warranty covers the speargun itself — consumables (rubbers, shooting line, shafts) wear with use and are excluded, same as the rest of the industry.

Gear and sizing

Gear and sizing

Which speargun should I buy first? +
For Thai reefs, an 80 to 100cm Snapper or Scorpia is the right starting point. For bluewater go 110 to 130cm Tuna rail or a carbon roller. Run the speargun size selector for a tailored recommendation.
What rubber thickness is standard? +
Stock Rob Allen guns ship with 14mm rubbers (Snapper) or 16mm (Tuna rail). Power-users stack or upsize for deeper water and larger fish.
Are spears interchangeable across guns? +
Yes within the same diameter. 7mm spears fit the Snapper range, 7.5mm fit the Tuna rail and heavier setups. Length should match your gun length plus about 40cm.

Legality

Legality

Is spearfishing legal in Thailand? +
Yes, in open waters with legal species and outside marine parks. Read the full legality and marine parks guide for the specifics.
Can I spearfish in national marine parks? +
No. All spearfishing inside designated marine parks is prohibited under the National Parks Act. See our marine parks guide for the specific boundaries and seasonal closures.

About the shop

About the shop

Are you really the only Rob Allen distributor in Thailand? +
Yes. Rob Allen operates on single-distributor-per-country exclusivity. Verify on the Rob Allen dealer locator or ask me for a copy of the dealer confirmation email.
Why not Lazada or Shopee? +
Those platforms routinely suspend spearfishing listings. We maintain supplementary listings there for discovery, but the canonical source of truth is always this site.
