- Order history and payment metadata (we do not store card numbers)
- Email-list subscription status (via MailerLite)
- Website analytics (Google Analytics 4, anonymised)

- Warranty registration (required for lifetime warranty claims)
- Email updates, if you opted in
- Understanding which parts of the site are useful
Who we share with
- Stripe — payment processor. Stripe privacy policy.
- MailerLite — email service. MailerLite privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — anonymised analytics. Google privacy policy.
- Thailand Post — carrier, receives your name and delivery address.
- Rob Allen HQ — warranty registration (serial and owner name only).
How long we keep it
Order records: 10 years (Thai tax law). Email-list records: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: up to 14 months in GA4.
