Rob Allen runs a single-distributor-per-country policy. In Thailand, that is us. Here is the proof.
1. Listed on the Rob Allen dealer locator
Rob Allen publishes every authorised international distributor on a single dealer locator page. Spearfishing Thailand is the Thailand entry.
2. Factory-direct imports
Every order we ship originates from the Rob Allen factory in Durban, South Africa. We buy on a distributor price list and the factory has our invoice on file for every shipment — the record that makes warranty actually work.
Grey-market sellers in Thailand source from individual travellers bringing guns in luggage, Lazada traders, or secondary resellers in neighbouring countries. None of those routes give you a factory-side invoice or a warranty path you can actually use if the gun fails.
3. Warranty path
Rob Allen spearguns carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the gun body (barrel, handle, trigger mechanism, muzzle), conditional on registering the gun within 30 days of purchase — the barrel, handle, mechanism, and muzzle. Consumables (rubbers, shooting line, shafts) wear with use and sit outside warranty, which is standard across the speargun industry. Buy from us and if the gun ever fails, we handle the claim in-country through our direct line to the factory. No international shipping. No PDF apologies.
4. Direct line to Rob Allen HQ
Diego has a working relationship with the Rob Allen HQ team dating back to the distributorship transfer in 2018. Custom orders, warranty claims, and technical questions route through that channel.
